Latino Resource Organization's
Gang Reduction and Youth Development Prevention Services Program -
Pacific GRYD Zone

Youth Leadership and Development are at the core of the prevention program. Through a collaboration with community partners, LRO's GRYD Program implements Youth Development through a process that prepares a young person to encounter the challenges of adolescence and adulthood; and to equip youth to achieve their full potential. Youth development is promoted through activities and experiences that help youth develop practical life skills, social, ethical, emotional, and cognitive competencies.
