Latino Resource Organization, Inc. (LRO) leads a consortium of community agencies through the City of Los Angeles Housing & Community Investment Department's - West Los Angeles FamilySource Center (WLAFSC).
WLAFSC provides a continuum of core services designed to assist poverty, very-low, and low-income families to become self sufficient by increasing family income and academic achievement.
Low-income City of Los Angeles residents can receive one time, short-term, or long-term services.
